Our goal is to help those in need and to offer socialization, fun, and personalized care. As a smaller facility licensed for 21 individuals, we pride ourselves on providing a family-oriented atmosphere and individualized attention to each of our clients.

Medical Assistance
- References to occupational, physical, and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
- Conduct vital checks to monitor the health and well-being of our participants.
- Administer medications and coordinate with case managers and physicians to ensure proper medication management.
- Registered Nurse on staff to oversee and manage the medical care of our individuals.
- Participant Care Assistants (PCAs) on staff to provide personalized care and assistance to our individuals.
Daily Care
- Morning snack and lunch.
- Transportation available

- Singalongs
- Access to TV
- Exercise
Payment Information
We do not accept Medicare. However, we do accept Medicaid with a Community Long-Term Care (CLTC) waiver and offer grant opportunities. We are committed to making our services affordable and will work with individuals and families to find the best options for their needs.
